Apply bar by running it down the hair from the roots to the end  to cleansed wet hair. Leave in for 5 minutes then rinse thoroughly. This conditioner can also be used as a hair mask. Simply massage conditioner through hair, leaving in for 20 minutes or longer if you wash and ensuring you rinse thoroughly
