KD One takes great pride in producing, natural and organic skincare products, which have stood the test of time. Launched in Jan 2003, from her own workshop situated just out the back of her home, Kareen Holland has expanded the KD One range; now providing over 50 different products.
As part of her commitment to delivering a quality product, Kareen engaged the services of an independent, NZ based laboratory, to scientifically test and prove the results she had been seeing for more than 10 years.
Through a robust testing process the results clearly validated her findings.

Vitamin Enriched Facial Moisturiser with Kiwifruit
RESULTS:
KD One’s Vitamin Enriched Facial Moisturiser with kiwifruit significantly stimulated the production of elastin when skin fibroblast cells were cultured. An increase in elastin content will lead to an improvement in the elasticity of skin.
Rich & Intensive Manuka Honey Moisturiser
RESULTS:
KD One’s Rich & Intensive Moisturiser with UMF16+ Manuka Honey promoted the overall health of the human skin fibroblast cells in culture, by stimulating their reproduction by up to 45
Skin Performance Plus Facial Moisturiser
RESULTS:
Testing showed it:
(1) significantly stimulated the production of elastin with improvement to the elasticity of skin, reducing winkling & sagging with spring back; and
(2) it promoted the overall health of the human skin cell by stimulating the skin reproduction by up to 90%.
Vitamin Enriched Facial Moisturiser with Manuka Honey
FACT: Loss of collagen from skin leads to a decrease in the structural strength of skin.
RESULTS: KD One’s Vitamin Enriched Moisturiser with UMF16+ Manuka Honey was a strong stimulator of the production of collagen by human skin fibroblast cells
Light Hydrating Plus Facial Moisturiser
RESULTS:
Scientific testing showed this moisturiser significantly stimulated the production of elastin. With an increase in elastin, it will lead to an improvement in skin elasticity.
KD One's Skin Clear Range
RESULTS:
(1) Testing proved its anti-oxidant effect on inflammation is up to 100%.
(2) The Skin Clear range significantly reduces skin inflammation and particularly the chronic inflammation associated with acne.
Eye Serum
RESULTS:
Testing proved KD One’s Eye Serum promoted the overall health of the human skin fibroblast cells in culture by stimulating their reproduction by up to 29%; it also stimulated the production of elastin when skin fibroblast cells were cultured.
An increase in the elastin content will lead to an improvement in skin elasticity.
Skin Lightening Serum
FACT: The melanocyte cells in the skin produce melanin which is responsible for skin pigmentation and determine how dark or light our skin will appear.
RESULTS: KD One’s Skin Lightening Serum reduces the production of melanin by up to 84% which results in a lightening of the skin tones and a very visible difference.
